By creating an account or using New Phase Hub you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the platform for an employer, recruitment agency or SMME, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, scraping, spam or misrepresentation.
You keep ownership of your CV, profile, job posts and business details. You grant us a licence to host, process and display that content strictly to run the service — including showing a limited candidate view to verified hiring accounts. Do not upload content that is unlawful, discriminatory, misleading or that infringes someone else's rights.
Job posts must be genuine vacancies and must include a salary range. You may never charge a candidate a fee to apply, request payment for training or equipment, or ask for banking details as part of an application. We remove posts that breach South African labour or equity law and may report unlawful activity.
Compliance details you publish — CIPC registration, VAT, tax status, B-BBEE level and professional registrations — must be true and current. Buyers should still verify documents independently; we display what businesses declare and do not certify it.
Tender and job listings are aggregated from public sources including the National Treasury eTenders portal and job aggregators. We surface them for convenience and cannot guarantee accuracy, availability or closing dates. Always confirm against the issuing authority before you bid or apply.
ATS scores, career roadmaps, interview feedback, skills plans and cover letters are generated by AI. They are guidance, not professional career, legal or financial advice, and can contain errors. Review everything before you send it to an employer or funder.
Creating an account, posting jobs and browsing limited candidate and SMME information is free. Full candidate contact details, CV downloads and advanced sourcing are reserved for paid plans. Pricing, billing terms and cancellation rules will be shown before you subscribe, and changes to fees are communicated in advance.
No scraping, bulk export, reverse engineering, automated account creation, or resale of platform data. No harassment or discriminatory conduct. No attempts to access other users' information or bypass access controls.
We work to keep New Phase Hub available, but the service is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance, upstream API outages or events beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost contracts or lost employment opportunities arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. Deletion of your personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy & POPIA Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
